- Heavy duty 1/4 inch thick American Made Strenx 100 carbon steel grills.
- Tel-tru thermometer with 4 zones of temperature, smoke, barbecue, grill, sear. Made in the USA
- Reverse flow design offers a more even temperature stability while offering a unique smoke signature.
- IMPROVED Heavy duty 1/4 inch thick smoke baffle. Charcoal basket now available (optional).
- Lid and drawer sealed with industrial grade Nomex fireproof felt and fiberglass seals for air tight no leaks operation.
- In drawer grease and ash trap.
- IMPROVED ergonomic main handle makes lifting the lid super easy.
- Transportation handles for when using as a tailgate unit, can easily be carried by two people.
