The Late Cornella Williams began mixing up BBQ spices back in 1969, and after almost three decades of tasting and adjusting, she founded our Texas meat seasoning company, Williams Food Co. in 1996. Our grandmother's internationally recognized spice blends have won and helped win countless BBQ tournaments and have even been featured on TLC's BBQ Pitmasters by none other than the "Godfather of BBQ" himself, Mr. Johnny Triggs.
