The Beast Smoker is the centerpiece of the Hamrforge Beast Smoker Bundle Pack. It is an unyielding piece of machinery, designed to put all other smokers to shame and built to last generations. The cook box and fire box of the Beast are made from 1/4" thick American made steel plate that offers unparalleled temperature stability. This high efficiency thermal retention results in consuming up to 50% less wood than similar sized traditional offset smokers. The fire box features a 1/4" thick American made steel removable basket for easy ash removal and a cam-locking side door for easy cleaning and for use as a pizza oven. The fire box is also equipped with a rack and pinion air flow regulator for precision air flow intake tuning and adjustment allowing for optimal smoke flavor and quality. The Beast uses a reverse flow design that offers better, more even temperature stability while offering a unique smoke signature. As an added benefit, the reverse flow operation of this smoker utilizes a baffle under the cooking grates that can hold wood or charcoal to be used as a traditional BBQ grill. The heavy duty adjustable smoke stack traps are made for creating a backdraft. The Hamrforge Beast Smoker includes one 1/4" thick steel grate that offers 758.5 square inches of cooking surface, but can accommodate up to three grates for a total of 2275.5 square inches of cooking surface.

Slide-Out Grate Features
