ALFA Pizza
The oven is guaranteed for 2 (two) years against defects and craftsmanship; good maintenance and proper use can make sure that the oven lasts much longer. Warranty covers parts and components for 2 years and gas burner for 3 years. Shipping and assembly costs are charged to the customer.

Lifetime Warranty
Fire Magic cast stainless steel burners carry a lifetime warranty (Choice grill burners carry a 20 year warranty). Stainless steel rod cooking grids and stainless steel housing are under warranty for as long as you own your grill.
Fifteen Year Warranty
Fire Magic brass burners, brass valves, manifold assemblies and backburner assemblies (except ignition systems) are under warranty for fifteen (15) years.
Ten Year Warranty
Fire Magic electric grills, electric grill stainless steel cooking grids and electric grill stainless steel housing are under warranty for ten (10) years.
Five Year Warranty
Infrared burners, charcoal stainless steel grills, smokers, and charcoal stainless steel cooking grids (except for the charcoal pan, charcoal grid, wood pellet screen, thermometer and ash tray which are under warranty for one year) are under warranty for five (5) years.
Three Year Warranty
Fire Magic side burners, stainless steel cooking grids for side burners, and all other Fire Magic components (except ignition systems and electrical parts) are under warranty for three (3) years.
One Year Warranty
Fire Magic ignition systems (excluding batteries), electrical components (including lights and thermometer) and grill accessories are under warranty for one (1) year.
Thirty Day Warranty
Replacement parts carry a 30 day warranty from the date of purchase.
Real Fyre Warranty
Lifetime Warranty
All Peterson vented ceramic refractory gas log are warranted for as long as you own them.
Ten Year Warranty
All Peterson vented burners are warranted for ten (10) years.
Three Year Warranty
SPK-26 controls are covered for three (3) years "All Parts" warranty.
Two Year Warranty
APK-17 valve is covered for two (2) year.
One Year Warranty
All other Peterson valves, pilots and controls are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty (excluding batteries).

Hearthstone Quality Home Heating Products, Inc. (Hearthstone) warrants to the original retail purchaser only (the “Original Purchaser”) the new appliance manufactured by Hearthstone, purchased by the Original Purchaser and installed by an authorized Hearthstone dealer or their designated representative against any of the occurrences listed in this document that result from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year. This warranty is not transferrable. All obligations of Hearthstone under this document commence on the date of the Original Invoice (the “Purchase Date”).
Memphis Wood Fire Grills Limited Warranty
Memphis products manufactured by Memphis Wood Fire Grills carry a seven (7) year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase by the original owner against defects in material and workmanship. Electronic and electrical components carry a three (3) year replacement warranty when subjected to normal residential use. Limited Warranty does not apply to burn pot, meat probe, grill cover gaskets or damage caused by corrosion. The meat probe is under Warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase.
The Beale Street Grill Limited Warranty
The Beale Street Grill carries a five (5) year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase by the original owner against defects in material and workmanship. Electronic and electrical components carry a two (2) year replacement warranty when subjected to normal residential use. Limited Warranty does not apply to burn pot, meat probe, grill cover gaskets or damage caused by corrosion. The meat probe is under Warranty for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Everdure by Heston Blumenthal grills come with the following 10 Year Limited Warranty (5 years for certain components), subject to the Terms and Conditions for Limited Warranty that can be found at www.everdurebyheston.com/support and on the back of this card.
What Is Covered?
Gas GRILLS (FORCE & FURNACE)
10 years: Out body, burners, hood and cart against all rust/burn through.
5 years: Exterior paint/finish against rust through, excluding fading discoloration or consumer damage.
CHARCOAL GRILLS (4K, HUB , HUB II, FUSION & CUBE)
10 years: Firebox, outer body and cooking grids against all rust/burn through.
5 years: Exterior paint/finish against run through, excluding fading, discoloration, oxidation or consumer damage. Electrical componentry including heating elements, PCB’s, switches, motors, cords and associated housings.

What is covered
Burners, Chassis and Body Limited Life Time Warranty Motor 1 year. Spark generator, electrode, thermal couple and tires 90 days.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ADJUST ANY PART OR ITEM WHICH HAS BEEN SEALED BY THE MANUFACTURER. ANY MODIFICATION TO THE ROASTER MAY BE DANGEROUS AND WILL RENDER ANY WARRANTY NULL AND VOID.
What is not covered
Any failures or operating difficulties due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, vandalism, improper installation or improper maintenance or service, or failure to perform normal and routine maintenance, including but not limited to damage caused by insects within the burner tubes, as set out in the owner’s manual.
Deterioration of damage due to severe weather conditions such as hurricanes, earthquakes or tornadoes, discoloration due to exposure to chemicals either directly or in the atmosphere
Shipping or transportation costs, Removal or re-installation costs. Labour costs for installation and repair. Cost of service calls. Liability for indirect or consequential damages.
Nuke BBQ
ARGENEXPORT LLC warrants, to the original purchaser of ÑUKE Products that when subject to normal residential use it is free from defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year.
This warranty excludes grills used in rental or commercial applications. It does not apply to rust, corrosion, oxidation, neglect of maintenance, or discoloration, which may occur due to moisture or overheating. It does not cover labor or labor related charges.
There may be a shipping and handling charge for the delivery of the warranty part(s). In cases of return authorization, the warranty is only valid at the original site of delivery with proof of purchase of item(s).

Warranty Terms
In addition to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, Escali also guarantees most of its products against defects in material and workmanship in the product under normal use with a limited lifetime warranty for consumer scales and a 2-Year Professional Guarantee for professional scales.
Please save your receipt. You will need this when making a warranty claim or inquiry.
You are solely responsible for failure of the product which results from misapplication, alteration or abuse of the product, and Escali assumes no liability as to the consequence of such events under the terms of the warranty. The warranty does not cover damage to the product due to inadequate maintenance, normal wear and tear or unauthorized modification. While Escali has made every reasonable effort to provide clear and accurate technical information about the application of the product, Escali assumes no liability for any events arising out of the use or inability to use this technical information.

Tortilla Masters Equipment, LLC warrants to the original purchaser of new equipment, when installed in accordance with our instructions within North America and subjected to normal use, is free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year on parts (excludes wear/expendable parts). One Year Warranty for Parts and One Year Warranty for Labor, effective from the date of purchase by the original owner.
Baker Stone
BakerstoneBox’s warranty policy covers our products for 12 months from the purchase date.
Gateway Drum
This warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of any part (s) which, under normal use, Gateway Drum Smokers determines, after reasonable examination, to be defective.
Ikon
MVP Group Corp. and MVP Group LLC. (Henceforth MVP Group) warrants all new equipment installed within the United States of America (including Puerto Rico) or Canada to be free from defects in material or workmanship, under normal and proper use and maintenance as specified by MVP Group and upon proper installation and start-up in accordance with the instruction’s manual supplied with each unit.
Tec Grills
Things happen. Let us know and we’ll make it right. Keep in mind that different grill models have different warranties and in most cases the warranty is for manufactures defects, not wear and tear. Refer to your owners manual for warranty specifics. Warranty starts with the date of purchase and your serial number may not reflect this so you may need to provide a proof of purchase.
Sierra
MVP Group Corp. and MVP Group LLC. (Henceforth MVP Group) warrants all new equipment installed within the United States of America (including Puerto Rico) or Canada to be free from defects in material or workmanship, under normal and proper use and maintenance as specified by MVP Group and upon proper installation and start-up in accordance with the instruction’s manual supplied with each unit.
Waring Commercial
Waring warrants every new Waring Commercial product to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year* from the date of purchase when used with foodstuffs, nonabrasive liquids (other than detergents) and nonabrasive semi-liquids, providing it has not been subject to loads in excess of indicated rating.
Hoshizaki
HOSHIZAKI AMERICA, INC. A Georgia corporation with its principal offices at 618 Hwy. 74 South, Peachtree City, Georgia 30269, ("Hoshizaki") warrants to the original owner/user that any KM series commercial ice machine or DB or DM series dispenser manufactured by Hoshizaki (the "Products") shall be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal and proper use and maintenance service as specified by Hoshizaki and upon proper installation and start-up in accordance with the instruction manual supplied with the Product. Proper warranty registration must be completed within 30 days of the original installation date to validate the product warranty.
Crown Verity
This warranty is limited to products manufactured by Crown Verity Inc., to the original purchaser, commencing on the date of purchase and is valid only with a proof of purchase. This warranty page and its coverage only applies to Infinite SeriesTM, Estate SeriesTM and PRO SeriesTM grills
Lion Energy
For repair or replacement, contact customer service at 1-385-375-8191. Do not ship unit until you receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from customer service at Lion Energy. Lion Energy will not be responsible for any shipping or handling damage.
Hamrforge
Hamrforge products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the original owner upon presentation of the original receipt as proof of purchase. This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers parts deemed defective by Hamrforge Inc.and does not cover any labor costs for diagnosis, troubleshooting, removal, installation, export duties, or shipping, freight or other transportation to or from Hamrforge Inc.
Sweet Heat
Sweet Heat Reflectors come with a 30 day warranty. If there is anything wrong with the product, please let us know and we will replace it for free.
LogOX
The LogOX tool has a LIFETIME WARRANTY against manufacturer's defect and when purchased directly from LogOX we offer a no-risk 30-day MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if you are not satisfied with the tool.
Arteflame
Arteflame guarantees that your fire pit is free from manufacturer defects for 12 months after purchase. Warranty covers 100% of parts and labor for 1 year.
Blue Coolers
Blue Coolers offers a 100% satisfaction moneyback warranty for the first Ninety (90) days after purchase on all products sold (the “Initial Warranty”). Blue Coolers further warrants (the “Extended Warranty”) that every hard-sided cooler sold will be free from manufacturers defects in material, structure, and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of Five (5) years from the date of purchase.
Polar Bear
Polar Bear offer a 3-year limited warranty on their soft sided coolers and a lifetime warranty on their hard sided coolers.
Revo Coolers
5 Year Warranty on our REVO Party Barge, Dubler and Dubler HEAT.
If a defect occurs as a result of the product's intended use, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, the defective product or part. The warranty does not cover defects caused by third-party modifications. Punctures, scratches, normal wear and tear, and the natural breakdown of colors over extended time and use are not warranted.
K2 Coolers
In order for the warranty to be activated, it must be registered via the warranty card that comes with all coolers and mailed to K2 Coolers. Alternatively, the cooler can be registered on the K2 Coolers website. The warranty only applies to the cooler’s original owner and does not carry over in the event that a cooler is sold secondhand.

If for any reason you are not absolutely happy with your online purchase, please return the item(s) within 90 days for a full refund or exchange.
Tuff Viking
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will automatically be refunded based on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If the item returned is not in new condition, the item will be subject to a partial refund based upon inspection.
Truma Cooler
The warranty is given by Dometic Pty Ltd, Building 3B, Clayton Business Park, 1508 Centre Road, Clayton, Victoria, 3168, for 12 months from the date of purchase against any defect arising from faulty materials or workmanship. Repairs will be carried out during normal business hours only by Dometic Pty Ltd, or its duly authorised service agents, and are subject to the warranty conditions and exclusions hereunder.
Gather Grills
Gather Grills LLC provides a limited warranty for its grills and prep tables purchased from an authorized dealer against defects in material and workmanship under normal assembly, use and maintenance as detailed in the user manual to the original purchaser for residential usage.
Schwank Grills
Blazing Bull warrants, to the purchaser of the Blazing Bull product (or in the case of a gift or promotional situation, the person for whom it was purchased as a gift or promotional item), that the Blazing Bull product is free from defects in material and workmanship for the period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase when assembled and operated in accordance with the accompanying User Manual
Burly
Burly offers a 2-year limited, non-transferable warranty on our manufactured products from the date of the original sale. The warranty covers any defects in material due to workmanship under normal use. We warranty that our products are initially received free of manufacturing defects. In the unlikely case that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or an error was made in the order processing, please contact us right away. At our option, we will repair or replace any product that is deemed defective.
Ukiah
The Limited Warranty described above is extended only to the original end-use purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not include parts or labor to repair damage caused by mishandling, accident, negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, normal cosmetic deterioration, or damage caused by environmental conditions. While necessary repairs or maintenance on your Ukiah Co. product can be performed by any company, we recommend that you use only authorized Ukiah dealers and parts. Incorrectly performed or improper repair or maintenance voids this Limited Warranty.
Asmoke
We stand proudly by our products and take pride in our customer service. We warrant that our products will be free from defects in all materials and workmanship (excluding paint and finish) for the Warranty Coverage Period described below. This warranty is extended only to the original consumer purchaser. During the Warranty Coverage Period, we will (at our sole option) replace any defective part or product covered by this warranty when provided with proof of purchase. The replacement will be without charge.
Pizza Dlite
Pizza D’lite warrants this appliance to be free of defects in material and quality for a period of 12 months from date of original purchase. This warranty covers the intended use of this appliance – within a domestic setting and not for commercial or industrial purposes
Kanga Coolers
Our limited warranty covers factory defects that are communicated within 15 days of receiving your order - claims are reviewed and approved on a caseby-case basis
SmokinTex
This limited warranty only applies if the unit is assembled and operated in accordance with the printed instructions. In this warranty, the word "purchase" means the original purchase, and this warranty only extends to the original purchaser.
WPPO
THE WARRANTY WPPO LLC, a producer and importer of quality ovens and fireplaces, warrants its WPPO LLC Pizza Ovens and their components, including oven body, floor, venting system, factory-installed finishes, stand, door, and accessories (herein referred to as Product) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment. Additionally, WPPO LLC warrants the internal dome welds on the oven to be free from defects for a period of two (2) years. Warranty may be invalidated if Product is not correctly installed, operated, and maintained according to all supplied instructions.
Rugged Road
All items purchased through Rugged Road directly or authorized Rugged Road dealers are covered under Rugged Road's warranty. Please allow up to 7 business days for our warehouse to receive and process your return or exchange after you send it back.
SnS Grills
We are confident that our Slow 'N Sear products will help you make your best meals ever. And we are happy to support you along the way for any reason within 30 days of receipt, you're not 100% happy with your Slow 'N Sear, we will accept your return and refund the purchase price of your product.
Clementi
WARRANTY The Clementi wood oven is covered by a 2-year warranty on parts from the moment of purchase. This is valid for a residential use.
GrillEye
We offer a 1-year limited warranty for GrillEye® smart grilling and smoking thermometer and GrillEye® temperature probes manufacturing defects. The limited warranty period is a definite, fixed period commencing on the exact purchase-date. The date on your sales receipt is the date of purchase unless otherwise informed. This warranty policy does not apply to products that may have been electronically compromised or operationally or physically damaged, and does not provide any guarantee for product operation outside of the written specifications.
Flame Boss
Flame Boss® warrants that all products it manufactures to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, when properly operated, for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
Cuore
Cuore Ovens Co. warrants this product (the Cuore 1000+ Wood-Fired Oven Kit) to be free from materials or craftsmanship defects for a period of 12 (twelve) months from the shipping date. The Product Warranty stated above will be considered void and not valid if one ore more of these circumstances have occurred
BB Grill Co
All components of the BBGrillCo plancha style grills are warranted for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase by the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions. This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear, weathering, assembly, maintenance or use of the BBGrillCo grill in a commercial application.
Homdoor
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
Cobb
2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY If product inspection confirms that the COBB product is defective in material or workmanship, then COBB will provide free replacement of parts or exchange of a new grill. Any transport charges will be for the account of the consignee. Always retain your proof of purchase.
Otto Grills
Otto gives you a 2-year warranty on all parts. Warranty does not cover cases of improper handling of your grill.
EverGlow
Modern Home Products Corp. extends a 30 day warranty on paint and glass. There is a 1- year warranty from date of purchase against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship to the original purchaser of this product if used for home use within the United States.
Flame-tec
You herein expressly acknowledge and agree that: a) the use of flame-tec, llc services and software are at the sole risk by you. Our services and software shall be provided on an "As is" and/or "As available" basis. Flame-tec, llc and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors expressly disclaim any and all warranties of any kind whether expressed or implied, including, but not limited to any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Louisiana Grills
All wood pellet grills by Louisiana Grills, manufactured by Dansons Inc., carry a limited warranty from the date of sale by the original owner. The warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase and proof of date of purchase, or copy of original bill of sale, is required to validate the warranty. Customers will be subject to parts, shipping, and handling fees if unable to provide proof of the purchase or after the warranty has expired.
MHP Grills
Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase, for the original purchaser only (warranty is not transferable) confirmed by completed grill registration (by card or online) and bill of sale. Proof of purchase is required to validate the warranty.
Modern Flames
In the unlikely event of a problem occurring due to a manufacturing fault within 24 months from the date of purchase of the fireplace, parts will be supplied for repair of the product of the product will be replaced free of charge. Repair or replacement is at the option of Modern Flames.
Phoenix Grills
ProFire Grills LLC offers to the original purchaser a Limited Warranty on all grill components as described below. These components will be free from defects in material and workmanship (excluding paint) when subject to normal domestic use and service.
ProFire
This Limited Warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts which prove defective under normal use and service and which on examinat ion, shall indicate to ProFire’s satisfaction, they are defective. Warranty is for parts only. There is no warranty for labor. Before returning any parts, contact the ProFire Customer Service Department. If ProFire confirms the defect and approves the claim, ProFire will elect to replace such parts without charge. If you are required to return defective parts, transportation charges must be prepaid. ProFire will return parts to the purchaser, freight or postage prepaid.
Encore
Encore Landscape Lighting warrants to the owner, each new lighting product against defects in material and workmanship for a period described below. During the warranty period, Encore Landscape Lighting will repair or replace, at our discretion, any part found to be defective. Your remedy is limited solely to the replacement or repair of defective parts
VerTerra
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Riverside Plastics
Riverside offers a large variety of poly pots available for drop ship. These products are manufactured in the U.S.A and are usually shipped within 14 business days. There is a limited warranty on their product for 8 years from the date of purchase. Riverside offers a number of color choices and product styles for customers to choose from.
