Perfect for smoking nuts, vegetables, fish filets, boneless chicken or turkey breasts, or anything else that requires a tighter mesh for support and/or a non-stick surface. It's also great for cold-smoking cheese.
The basket is simple to clean, requiring only soap and water, and will last for years in our smokers. Only wash by hand.
The special material is designed for use in low-temperature, non-flammable environments.
13.5 in X 13.5 in which fits great in our 1400, 1460, 1500, 1500-C, and 1500-CXLD models.
This basket does not fit model 1100.
